FLEX FITNESS has on staff several personal trainers, all of whom are capable and qualified to help you achieve your fitness goals. Once you have decided that this membership fits your needs, we will partner you with a trainer according to preference, schedule and/or fitness goals.

What started out as a dream, became a reality for Sandy Britton when she opened the doors of FLEX FITNESS CLUB, a 24-hour facility, in 2007. Having a true passion for exercise, nutrition and health for the past 25 years, Sandy has found a way to spread her enthusiasm for fitness over into the community.
Sandy graduated from NCTC with a Radiologic Technology degree, however, finds working at FLEX, as a full-time trainer, is much more rewarding and fun. Spending countless hours at FLEX FITNESS, Sandy trains hard to keep in shape, and she loves to motivate and be motivated by her FLEX "family". NESTA and CPR certified, Sandy specializes in lean muscle gain, weight loss and body shape transformation. Sandy's energetic style provides fun yet challenging workouts that instruct and inspire her clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Married for the past 25 years, Tom and Sandy have 2 sons, Carson and Austin Britton.

Bryce has been involved in fitness since the age of 16. As a former college athlete, Bryce carries an extreme appreciation for nutrition, health and weight training. Now, at 24, Bryce is a competing INBF bodybuilder and coach to any of those interested in attaining any fitness goals. "Anyone can achieve their fitness goals with hard work, intensity, consistency, dedication and focus. In the fitness world, you only reap the benefits you sow. There are no shortcuts, but nothing is more rewarding."
Bryce is the manager of FLEX FITNESS Club. He has been avidly training at the club since September 2008. With over 40 clients under his belt at FLEX, Bryce demands an intense workout from his clients topped with fun. Bryce specializes in muscle building, sports-specific training, partner and group work, nutrition and bodybuilding. He is a graduate of Ohio Northern University in 2008 and is NESTA and CPR certified.
