OVERVIEW:

FLEX FITNESS CLUB was designed to offer a complete health and fitness experience, no matter your fitness level. We are a members-only facility. All members must be 18 years of age or older! We are dedicated to those people who want to keep their body fit and spirit strong!

All it takes is one visit to discover FLEX FITNESS CLUB offers a high-energy atmosphere! We keep our facility clean and provide you with state-of-the-art commercial equipment, as well as surveillance cameras, in all our rooms. FLEX FITNESS CLUB is open to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Work out as often as you’d like.

One of our best attributes is that we have several personal trainers on staff, who are highly capable and qualified to help you reach your fitness goals. We are also accepting high school athletes for sport-specific training!

We believe that the sky is not the limit! “Partner up” with a trainer, and get busy! You will see results!
PAYMENT OPTIONS:

FLEX FITNESS CLUB offers two methods of payment:
  1. Cash or check for the full membership amount
  2. Monthly automatic withdrawal from your savings or checking account. (This payment will be deducted once a month from your account.) This method of payment affords you a monthly breakdown of the full payment with no additional hidden costs.)
  • There is an additional payment of $10 for your key fob. This allows you to enter FLEX FITNESS CLUB at your discretion, 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Your deposit will be returned to you upon completion of membership along with your key fob return.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
  • Do: Learn the rules of FLEX FITNESS CLUB, and practice them.
  • Do: Wear gym shoes designated for indoors only!
  • Do: Wipe down equipment after use.
  • Do: Rack all weights after use.
  • Do: Carry a sweat towel with you.
  • Do: Ask for assistance from a trainer when possible if you’re unsure how to do something.
  • Do: Allow others to work with you between your sets if they are waiting for your equipment.
  • Do: Maintain good hygiene.
  • Do: Use any signup sheets for cardio equipment if it’s busy.
  • Do: Say “please” and “thank you.”
  • Do: Place your sweaty towel in designated laundry cart.
  • Do: Share during peak hours.
  • Do: Turn off all fans and lights if last one out (not front entrance area).
  • Do: Have a great workout each day, and remember that working out is fun!
  • Don’t: Leave with your indoor gym shoes on!
  • Don’t: Drop weights.
  • Don’t: Sit on equipment if you’re not using it.
  • Don’t: Curse or use profanity.
  • Don’t: Bang weight plates on selectorized equipment.
  • Don’t: Turn up TVs loud when multiple channels are being viewed.
  • Don’t: Use HOT SPOT cardio equipment during peak hours when you can use your own cardio equipment in the IRON CAGE.
  • Don’t: Open windows.
  • Don’t: Bring nonmembers or guests without permission.
  • NEVER QUIT!
